In the following cases, consult your doctor before use:

1. If you are advised not to use thermal massage by your doctor.
2. You have recently suffered an accident or injury that has damaged your muscles, nerves or spine.
3. If you have recently had surgeries.

To avoid low temperature burns, bare skin is not recommended during use.
Optimal level temperature is 50°C, maximum is 65°C for rollers, and 60°C for other heating components.
