MANUAL MODE (60 minutes) We recommend using this mode if you wish to focus on treating specific areas of the back.
MANUAL MASTER MODE (60 minutes) This mode is recommended if you wish to target specific areas of your back. Use the remote control to set the number of the vertebra at which the massage should occur.
