To maintain your CERAGEM massager, regularly wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners on the internal components. It’s essential to follow the user manual for specific care instructions. 

Based on Compact P590 product, the maximum temperature of warmth function is 60℃. For first time users, the recommended temperature is 40~50℃.

For Goodle Mat, for short use, the temperature can be set from medium to maximum setting depending on the condition.  When using it while sleeping, do not set it to a high or maximum setting; instead, set it to medium or a lower setting.

Everybody has different extent of feeling against the temperature, therefore you may set the temperature appropriate to yourself to comfortably use the product. However, attention should be paid to low temperature burn, so please be careful so that certain part of body may not to be exposed to high temperature for a long time.

The CERAGEM Master V4 introduces several enhancements over the Master V3 to improve comfort, customization, and usability:

1. Appearance: Both models feature a modern design by Tangerine, with the V4 offering two color options (Black-Anthracite and White) for added styling flexibility. The V4 stands out with a more luxurious look, incorporating a chrome emblem, Saffiano-style leather, and premium fabrics for an elevated finish. 
2. Intensity: The V3’s six stretching levels have been increased to nine in the V4, allowing for finer adjustment of the internal projector to better meet individual needs.
3. Materials: The V4 features a more durable Saffiano-style leather surface, and its massage rollers incorporate Ceratonic material (a blend of jade, red clay, tourmaline, germanium, elvan, and biotite) to enhance infrared heat penetration.
4. Massage Programs: The V4 includes 17 modes (12 automatic and 5 manual), compared to the V3’s 12 programs. It adds an intensive 90-minute hybrid mode, and a manual “Master Mode” to target specific vertebrae, plus a program-pause function for convenience.
5. Sound System: While the V3 supported 10 pre-installed sounds, the V4 expands this to 20 sounds, plus Bluetooth and USB support. It also has a voice guide to announce settings and in guided meditation mode.
6. Remote Control: The V3 remote features an older black-and-white LCD, while the V4 remote is upgraded with a color LCD. It includes a magnetic holder, a smooth, hygienic surface, and displays more detailed information about the user's spine during scanning. Additionally, it shows the location of the internal projector for monitoring and enables control of the abdominal projector functions. 
7. External Projectors: The V4 replaces the V3’s large projector with a Ceratonic vibrational abdominal projector, ergonomically designed that stays secure during use, with adjustable vibration and heat via remote.

 The session duration on the CERAGEM V4 depends on the mode you select. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Mode 1 lasts 75 minutes.
  • Other automatic modes typically last 36.5 minutes.
• Customizable Modes:
  
  • Intensive Mode: 90 minutes.
  • Manual, Semi-Automatic, Manual Master, and Semi-Automatic Master Modes: Each lasts 60 minutes.

The optimal session length should be adjusted based on your individual needs, bodily condition, and comfort level.

For best results, we recommend starting with one session per day, particularly if you’re new to CERAGEM or thermal massage therapy. This frequency allows your body to adjust to the healing response of the therapy.

After becoming comfortable with daily sessions, you can gradually increase to twice a day if needed, especially if managing chronic pain or stiffness. However, it’s essential to listen to your body; everyone’s response can vary. Taking days off as needed and maintaining a consistent routine over weeks or months will help you experience the full benefits of the CERAGEM Master V4.

In the case of V4, the general rated power consumption is 190W, According to the Ceragem Institute of Technology's measurement, the power consumption is similar to 3 indoor fluorescent lamp. 

V4 can be used from 30 to 65 degrees, but the degree of feeling varies depending on the person.  For first time users, the recommended temperature is 40~50℃. However, for proper use, it is recommended to use around 50° C. And for long time users and for therapeutic purposes, it can set it to 60 to 65° C for optimal result.

In particular, when using the semi-automatic / manual mode (when exposed to a specific part for a long time), it is recommended to lower the temperature by 5 degrees below the normal operating temperature because you have to be careful low temperature burns.

Master V4 has passed the standard specifications & the maximum permissible weight is 135kg. In addition, no matter how heavy a person is, the weight is dispersed when he/she lies down, so there is no problem with the use. 

V4 is a product with excellent space utilization efficiency, by virtue of its sliding style which can be unfolded and folded.

Care Instructions

1. Exterior Care: The product's exterior should be kept away from organic solvents such as acetone, ballpoint pen ink, petrol, and thinner to prevent damage.
2. Contact with Skin: If the product comes into direct contact with skin or head, gently wipe it with a dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with cosmetic products or volatile emulsions, as this may cause the surface to deteriorate. Wipe off any such contact immediately with a dry cloth.
3. Slipcover Washing: Wash the slipcover by hand only, using a neutral detergent. Avoid machine washing, as this may damage the material.
4. Heat Sensitivity: Keep the product away from hot objects and heat sources, as the outer material may deform or roll up when exposed to very hot sources.
5. Avoiding Stains: When using the product, avoid wearing clothing that may transfer color or cause stains. 
6. Storage: Store the product at room temperature in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Exposure to heat, sunlight, or humidity may lead to discoloration or deterioration.
